A Good Scrub Down

 

Elee decided the other day that I wasn't doing a sufficient job of cleaning her little brother.

She got to work, scrubbing very seriously.

 After she was satisfied that the ears were clean enough she moved on to his toes. Thankfully she did it in that order!

 Toes kind of tickle when they are getting a scrubbing but I think he enjoyed the attention anyway!

A Long and Weary Week

Over the last week all 5 of us have been dealing with a violent stomach bug. I was first, and we originally thought it was food poisoning, but when everyone came down sick we figure it must be something else. I've been very busy the last several days washing linens like it's going out of style, sanitizing and re sanitizing bathrooms and nursing sickies back to health. There hasn't been much time for laughter but when this little guy,

came up to me today and in a very serious tone said he needed to take his shirt off so his muscles could get some air, I couldn't help but crack a smile.
